1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This document is a public offer from Oxforder LLC (hereinafter — "Company") and contains all material terms of the information services agreement concluded through the Lawify.uz platform (hereinafter — "Platform").

1.2. Acceptance of this offer is effected by any of the following actions: registering on the Platform, using the Platform in guest mode, or paying for any subscription plan. Acceptance means full and unconditional agreement to all terms of this offer.

1.3. The agreement takes effect upon acceptance and remains in force until terminated in accordance with this offer.

1.4. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this offer unilaterally. Users are notified of changes by publication of the updated version at lawify.uz/offerta. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. SUBJECT MATTER

2.1. The Company provides the User with access to the Lawify.uz Platform — an AI-powered service providing informational and reference materials based on the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2.2. Platform services include:

• AI consultations based on the regulatory acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan
• Legal document analysis (Case Analyzer feature)
• Legal document drafting (Document Crafter feature)
• Access to legal news and legislative updates
• Other functional features implemented on the Platform

2.3. All Platform responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice, a substitute for professional legal assistance, or advocacy services within the meaning of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Advocacy".

3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

3.1. To access the full functionality of the Platform, the User registers using a Google account, email address, or Telegram account.

3.2. Guest access (without registration) is provided with limited functionality in accordance with the current plans.

3.3. The User bears full responsibility for the security of their account credentials and all actions taken using their account.

3.4. "Lawyer/Attorney" mode: When registering in professional mode, the User uploads a document confirming their status (attorney license, notarial certificate, or other professional credential). Verification is performed automatically using AI technologies. The Platform does not guarantee the legal validity of verification and is not liable for submission of false documents.

3.5. The Company reserves the right to block an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of the terms of this agreement.

4. PLANS AND PAYMENT

4.1. The following subscription plans are available on the Platform:

4.2. A 33% discount applies for annual payment. Annual payment is made as a single upfront charge.

4.3. Payment is made through the Click and Payme payment systems. The payment moment is when confirmation is received from the payment system on the Platform's server.

4.4. A paid period is non-refundable upon early termination of use, except in cases of technical failure confirmed by the Company.

4.5. The Company reserves the right to change plans, notifying the User at least 7 (seven) days before changes take effect.

5. REFERRAL PROGRAM

5.1. Registered Users receive a unique referral link for attracting new users.

5.2. Discounts on the next billing period are credited to the referrer for referred users who activate a paid plan in the current calendar month:

5.3. The referral counter resets on the 1st of each month.

5.4. Referred users who do not upgrade to a paid plan give the referrer +5 bonus messages/day (up to +20/day maximum).

5.5. The Company reserves the right to terminate or modify the referral program, notifying Users 7 days in advance.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1. All rights to the Platform, including source code, design, logos, trademarks, databases, and AI models (to the extent owned by the Company), are the property of Oxforder LLC and are protected by the intellectual property laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6.2. The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal or professional purposes in accordance with the current subscription plan.

6.3. Prohibited: copying, decompiling, creating derivative works based on the Platform, reselling access to third parties, automated data scraping without the Company's written consent.

6.4. User-generated content (uploaded documents, query texts) remains the property of the User. The User grants the Company a limited license to process such content solely for the purpose of providing Platform services.

6.5. Content published on the Discover page: A User who voluntarily publishes AI responses in public grants the Company the right to display such content on the Platform, while retaining authorship rights.

7. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

7.1. The Company processes Users' personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data".

7.2. Data processed: name, email address, third-party account data (Google/Telegram, in the scope provided by the User), correspondence history, uploaded documents, Platform usage data.

7.3. Data is used solely for: providing Platform services, personalization, notifications, technical support, and improving AI service quality.

7.4. The Company does not disclose personal data to third parties, except: payment systems (to the extent necessary to process payment), technical contractors bound by a confidentiality agreement, and cases required by law.

7.5. The User has the right to request deletion of their data by sending a request to ceo@oxforder.uz. Deletion is completed within 30 days.

7.6. The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies for service operation and analytics. Use of the Platform constitutes consent to the use of cookies.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. The Platform provides informational services only. AI responses do not constitute legal advice and do not replace professional legal assistance from a qualified attorney or lawyer.

8.2. The Company is not liable for:

• Consequences of decisions made by the User based on information provided by the Platform
• Accuracy, completeness, or currency of AI responses
• Inaccuracies in translations into languages with limited support (including the Karakalpak language)
• Platform interruptions due to technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure

8.3. The Company's total liability to the User is limited to the amount paid by the User for the current billing period.

8.4. The Company makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

9. PROHIBITED USE

9.1. Users are prohibited from:

• Requesting information aimed at committing unlawful acts
• Uploading materials that infringe third-party rights or contain malicious code
• Attempting to circumvent technical restrictions of the Platform
• Using the Platform for mass mailing or automated data harvesting
• Publishing content on the Discover page that is unrelated to legal topics or constitutes disinformation

9.2. Violation of the prohibitions set out in this section results in immediate account blocking without refund of paid amounts.

10. TERMINATION

10.1. The User may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting their account in the Platform settings or by sending a request to ceo@oxforder.uz.

10.2. Upon termination, the paid period is not refunded.

10.3. The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement unilaterally for breach of this offer's terms, notifying the User at the email address provided during registration.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

11.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

11.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached — through the courts at the Company's registered location in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
